Refund Policy
At HDE LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for returns and refunds on equipment and parts.
1. Equipment Returns
Due to the nature of heavy machinery and equipment, all new and used equipment sales are final unless otherwise specified in your purchase agreement. If you encounter an issue covered by a manufacturer's warranty, our service team will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the defect.
2. Parts Returns
Parts may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date subject to the following conditions:
- The part must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original, unopened packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Special order parts and electrical components are strictly non-refundable.
3. Restocking Fee
All eligible parts returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and returning the item to our inventory.
4. Process for Returns
To initiate a return for an eligible part, please contact our Parts Call Center at (800) 555-0199. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
